Delete account
Brotato Cave is published by Sinderweave Labs LLC. This page explains how a member deletes an account. It is the public account-deletion URL for store listings.
How to delete
Signed-in members: open Me → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent. You must type DELETE to confirm. Credential accounts must also enter the current password. Google and X accounts do not have a password here; a signed-in session and typing DELETE are required. Canceling the dialog changes nothing.
If you cannot sign in, email support@sinderweavelabs.com from the address on the account. There is no public form that deletes an account from an email address alone.
What is deleted
- Authentication accounts, password hashes, sessions, and verification records.
- Profile, member date of birth or birth year, bio, city, region, interests, and hangout settings.
- Optional child first names and current-age snapshots. Child birthdays are not stored.
- Private Root check-ins, including mood, stress, energy, and notes.
- Private Messages sent by the member. The other person’s messages stay in their thread.
- Salutes, passes, connections, and blocks involving the member.
- Patch memberships and Patches the member created.
- Stash card ownership, sealed and earned packs, frames, Embers, and Brotato+ entitlements.
- Founder assignment is anonymized so the founder number is not reissued. The catalog is not changed.
What remains
Couch posts and replies stay in the room with the author shown as Deleted Member. Anonymized reports, moderation audit rows, and moderator notes may be kept so the safety team can review abuse, appeals, and repeat harm. Those rows no longer contain the deleted member’s email, display name, date of birth, child information, or reversible account id. They use a shared tombstone label instead. No production calendar retention period is defined in this application; remaining safety rows stay until a later professional legal review sets one. Hashed eligibility-denial values are not keyed to an account and are not removed by deletion. No production calendar retention period is defined.
After a successful deletion, this device is signed out. An old session cannot restore the deleted account.
